What We Accept
- - Unworn, unwashed items with tags
- - Returns within 30 days of delivery
- - Defective or damaged items (any time)
- - Wrong size or color received
What We Cannot Accept
- - Worn, washed, or altered items
- - Items without original tags
- - Custom/AI designs (unless defective)
- - Items returned after 30 days
About Custom AI Designs
Since every AI-generated design is unique and printed on-demand just for you, custom designs are considered final sale. However, if there is any defect with the print quality, we will happily replace it or refund you.
How to Start a Return
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and go to Order History. Select the order and click "Request Return" - or email us at returns@onlyshirtz.com with your order number.
Get Your Label
We will email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours. Print it and attach it to your package.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any UPS location. Keep your receipt until the return is processed.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We recommend placing a new order for the correct item and returning the original for a refund. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.
If the exchange is due to our error (wrong item shipped), contact us and we will expedite the correct item at no cost.
Defective or Damaged Items
Received a defective print or damaged item? We have got you covered:
- Free replacement - no return needed
- Or full refund if you prefer
- No time limit for quality issues
Just send us photos of the issue and your order number, and we will take care of it.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank.
